The tutorial texts have not been improved in the last 2 years. They are meant to show the player how to use the controls to play DeltaVR. Currently, there are no such instructions for opening the menu. The smooth locomotion tutorial has been disabled fro smooth locomotion is disabled by default. It should trigger when/if it is enabled.
